刚果的经济、社会和农业部门发展起来的公私合作关系而创建的一个
国家公私营合作关系（PPP）小组和重点项目方面提供建议。

资本建设集团与休斯哈伯德律师事务所一起为西非开发银行（BOAD）制订了公私营合作关系（PPP）策略并建立了内部的PPP小组。

资本建设集团与拉扎德兄弟企业合作，向喀麦隆共和国总统就王权基 金组织化提交了一份议案。

Thank to its long-term presence in Africa and its large network of experts and consultants, Edifice Capital Group has developed strong relationships with all Governments, Public Bodies, financial institutions and DFIs in Africa. Edifice Capital Group has a recognized know-how for project management.

Edifice Capital Group has a strong track record in advisory services, the team has been involved in the following missions during 2013 :

• Edifice Capital Group advises the Government of Congo on the legal and reglementary issues in order to create a ‘PPP-friendly’ environment, on the setting-up of a National PPP Unit and on the priority projects that could be developed in Public Private Partnerships in the economic, social and agricultural sectors in Congo.
• 
  Edifice Capital Group, in a Consortium with Hughes Hubbard LLP, advises the West Africa Development Bank (BOAD) for the definition of its PPP Strategy and the setting-up of an Internal PPP Unit.
• Edifice Capital Group, in consortium with Lazard Frères, has submitted to the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon a proposal for the structuring of a Sovereign Wealth Fund.
